Sensitive Baby’s Skin
Baby’s skin is much more sensitive than yours, especially before they are one year old. But nature is busy here with her balance as well: immatureness of one analyzer is compensated by the perfection of another. But it may cause some troubles. In this age some white – skin babies may have sweats. 

Skin Rash
During the second month of baby’s life, mostly during the period from the 6th week up to the 8th, there appear some red rash may break out on your baby’s face, chest, belly, etc. Among the most widespread reasons of this rash we may consider the immatureness of baby’s sebaceous glands, and the impact of yet existing in his organism his mother’s hormones. If this rash does not make your baby feel uncomfortable, there are no reasons to get worried about it, you should only take a good care of his skin and try to avoid overheating.

Communication
Touching perception is usually very important for your baby, but you should keep in mind, that he is undergoing a process of the human’s individuality development. Remember, as any other social being, your little child has an aspiration for communication. You should make him a company and talk to him, play with him, and if you go somewhere on business, take him with you. Watching the world around him gives your two month’s baby a lot of new information and unforgettable impressions.

Your Baby’s Achievements

Intellectual

Your little child can distinguish his “native” and “strange” voices, faces, smells. He also coordinates his feelings, and turns his head to see the sound source and to his “favourite” breast. He studies his own movements, and becomes active, having a sentiment about his favourite procedures: bathing, feeding, going for a walk, etc.

Social
Your baby is able to sooth himself with sucking. He responds upon someone’s presence by moving activity. Your little child can recognize your face or voice with a definite reaction. He spends more time without sleep, if someone communicates of plays with him. He pricks up his ears if there is a new person. He prefers communication with a person rather than with a subject. Your baby begins to like bathing. 

Sensor – Motive 
His reflexes and actions are kind of aimed already. Your baby can hold his head for a several minutes, and he fixes his look on a vivid subject for a little while. His muscle tonus develops. He begins to bubble and receives pleasure from the sounds he produces. Your little child keeps moving his arms and hands constantly, but these movements are a little more coordinated than they used to be a month ago.

Physical
Your baby gains about 1, 5 pounds and he becomes one inch longer.

A Piece of Advice from a Pediatrist.
 By the end of your baby’s second month of life, his doctor may put you the following questions, which you are to be ready to respond:
- Do you have enough milk in your breast? If you are not sure, you should better control your baby’s urinating amount.
- Does you baby keeps to the day regime, to the diet?
- Does your baby have a stomach disorder, if yes, then when and what is it connected with?
 Even if your baby is completely healthy and full of value, you should remember about your responsibility to produce the best conditions for your baby’s development in front of your little son or daughter. So you should ask your doctor’s advice as often as possible, call him if only you have the least doubt as for anything, concerning your baby, and leave no questions for the future.
